Hysteroscopy. This procedure is performed with a small telescope attached to a camera (called a hysteroscope) that lets the doctor look inside the uterus. Because the doctor has a direct view of your uterus, this procedure may provide the most accurate information about cavity any polyp, fibroids synechise or septum.
Procedure:
In most of our patients, diagnostic Hysteroscopy is performed in our office itself in Procedure room setting with minimal discomfort and at much lower cost than in traditional OT in big Hospital. If your doctor performs this procedure in the office, she may give we give mild painkiller to numb your cervix. Your cooperation is only needed. In western world, it is done in doctors clinic only just like Transvaginal Sonography.
